I guide visionary entrepreneurs to create businesses they love, offers they’re obsessed with, and brands that feel like masterpieces.
After running this program for 8 consecutive years, I took a two-year pause. Something felt off. I wasn't thrilled to sell. I felt uninspired.
To fill my own cup, I invested in a 50k mastermind to learn from and with the best, launched a new artistic project, and asked myself: "What would make me over the moon to sell this mastermind again?"
The result: Phoenix. A dynamic program with two retreats that reflect my soul, more connection with participants, and revamped 1:1s with me.

I just applied! What happens next?
Meg will review your application within one week and be in touch shortly to set up a 1:1 chat with her. Upon acceptance, your payment is due within 24 hours. If you are using a payment plan, your first and last month payment is required.
Have you run this program before?
I have run many group masterminds, however this is the first time I am running this program with international retreats included. This will jetset the experience to an entirely new level.

How many people are in the program?
This program runs with a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 20.
What happens each month?
Each month will have a theme that supports the overall goals of the program. The themes are chosen based on the group’s needs and could include personal branding, gamification, decision making, audacity + making bold requests, owning your weird, or more.
Do I need to attend both retreats?
It’s not required, but highly recommended. This in-person work with me and your peers is invaluable. You’re getting two for the price of one, so while we’d love to see you at both, it’s your choice. You’ll still receive your 90-day launchpad call.
Can I pay less if I only do one retreat?
No. This program is designed as a complete arc — two retreats for the price of one — so further discounts are not available.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
This is a 12-month program, not a month-to-month subscription. We do not offer refunds on any money paid. Because of the nature of the retreats and small group size, you are required to pay for the full experience even if you stop attending calls.
When will more information be available about the retreats?
The finalized dates and complete information about the Spain retreat will be sent out by Jan 5, 2026. Complete information about the Ireland retreat will be available by March 1, 2026.

As a Phoenix member, you’ll be considered one of the top-level patrons for this project, since my income from my coaching clients supports creating this free dance education content for people around the world. I will mention you in my general newsletter once a month with a link to your website, as well as credit you on the YouTube reaction videos that are created in 2026. Exposure to my audience can lead to fantastic networking or work opportunities. For instance, an introduction that I provided for one of my past mastermind members ended up making her $30k through an ongoing partnership.
What time are the group calls?
The schedule will be updated each quarter. From January through March, the anticipated group call time will be 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Why will it change each quarter? In 2026, Meg will be living in various locations around the world.
