A masterclass for humans who are grieving — and the people who walk beside them.

Applications currently open to past clients ONLY. Price goes up 10/1.

Grief doesn’t wait for a convenient time.

Sometimes you lose someone you love,

a relationship ends, or a dream collapses…

…and the very next day,

you still have to give a keynote talk,

run a meeting, or be the person others rely on.

This Masterclass is for anyone who is:

  • Actively grieving the loss of a person, relationship, identity, or chapter

  • Supporting someone on their team or in their life who is grieving

  • Trying to stay functional while navigating the grief rollercoaste

🗓️ When: Tuesday, December 02, 2025

⏱️ Time: 1 - 2 P.M. Central

⏺️ Recording Provided: Yes

Cost: $33 (for now)

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • The science of grief: What happens in the brain, body, and nervous system — and why your energy, focus, and mood feel disrupted.

  • Why bypassing backfires: How “holding it together” can turn into numbness, burnout, or shutdown.

  • The difference between processing grief and performing through grief… and why both are sometimes necessary.

  • How to schedule your grieving (yes, this works) so you have space to feel without losing yourself.

  • How to communicate your capacity to colleagues, clients, students, or team members with clarity and dignity.

  • How to create comfort, without numbing: Rituals, music, movement, and intentional support.

  • How to build your “triage team” so  you’re supported through the acute phase.

You’ll also receive:

  • A guided journaling process to safely access and move emotion.

  • A playlist and grounding ritual you can use anytime grief rises unexpectedly.

  • A communication script for talking about your grief at work (with your clients, boss, colleagues) without oversharing or apologizing.

  • A framework for supporting others who are grieving (without fixing, rushing, or minimizing).

This is not a class aboutgetting over it”.
This class
will help you understand the grief process, give you tools to cope, and show you how to move through this difficult time with self-respect, self-compassion, and meaningful support.

We are not taught how to grieve.
We are not taught how to show up for others who are grieving.
And yet grief is a universal and inevitable part of being human.

So come.

Bring your tenderness.
Bring your exhaustion.
Bring your true self (instead of the strength you’re tired of performing).

We’ll take this one breath at a time — together.
